The role of education and educators stem from several variables. There are many factors that are required to make it a success. Teachers need to be prepared, creative, and flexible to fit the needs of each child as well as have an immense amount of patience. Additionally, parents should put some type of effort in, whether it be checking homework or actually sitting down to help their child study. The role of educators can only go so far without motivation from the students themselves. As the video states each child is unique and learns differently. Personally, I use many acronyms and for memorization and that is a type of learning I hope to pass on to my child one day (if they share similar issues in memorizing information verbatim). If that does not work I would be willing to meet with my childs’ educator to attempt different means of learning. Education ensures, to at least some extent, that children are well-rounded in addition teachers also have to make the information interesting to learn and provide multiple activities varying in how the material is portrayed
